There are a few new links on the right sidebar. Please look through them to find a whole bunch of details about upcoming classes, including prices, menus, and fine print. I will do my best to keep it regularly updated.

And now I have two favors to ask, s'il vous plaƮt.

1. Pardon all this self-promotion. I am usually more self-deprecating and insecure than I am confident. Here's the thing though. This is it, you know? I've found my thing and I'm working hard to just own it. I was so lucky that the first edition of this thing fell into my lap (thanks to Ann at Local D'Lish!). I can't expect things to continue to work out so magically, however. I'm being ambitious this time. Ambition has never been a dress I've worn easily. My legs just aren't long enough for it. But I'm giving it my all today. Pardon all corresponding awkwardness.

2. Give me some quotes, yo! Seriously, if you have been to a class of mine and enjoyed your experience, please email me. Tell me what you liked so I can tell others what they might like too.

Thanks for your continued support, my dear friends, and please spread the word. The kitchen is OPEN!

You'd better come keep me company. I'll look so sad and weird cooking for all those empty chairs. And I'll get fat eating all that food by myself.

  1. What an awesome idea! Oh to have the privilege of watching you teach/cook and getting to dine under that amazing chandelier and ceiling art...! You rock, my beautiful chef friend!
